CII Yi Goa holds indigenisation session with Indian Navy #FinanceIndia #StockMarketNEWS #Business

The CII Yi Goa in association with The Indian Navy under the Make in India campaign organised an interactive session on indigenisation and defense procurement procedure for the Indian Navy. Session was organised since there are no Goan companies supplying critical parts to the Indian Navy as yet.



The session aimed at educating and involving local businesses in manufacturing and delivering all categories of equipment to the Indian Navy. Goan unit owners were educated on the Make I, Make II, Make III and the other funding and tendering procedures of the government.



Schemes for the education institutes projects for the Defence were also discussed. The session aimed at giving an opportunity to manufacturers, OEM dealers and service providers in Goa to register as vendors with the Indian Navy. The session was organised at Material Organisation (Goa), Alto Dabolim.
